Vampire Game: Fun Out Of the Sun
Monday, March 15th & Tuesday, March 16th @ 4:00pm
Are you a vampire fiction fan who wants to tell your own stories? Are you a gamer looking for a new challenge? Or are you just looking looking for something fun to do this Spring Break? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then join us for some Fun Out Of The Sun as Game Master Matt introduces you to the world of Storytelling Games.
We’ll be playing a vampire-themed game, sure to appeal to fans of both classical vampires like Dracula and more modern Young Adult works such as Vampire Diaries, House of Night, The Morganville Vampires and Twilight.
Two sessions will be held at 4:00 PM on March 15th and March 16th. There is a limit of 6 players per session. Please contact Matt at mmorrison@burlesonlibrary.com or (817) 426-9205 to reserve your space. Spectators between the ages of 12-18 are welcome, if you’d like to watch but don’t want to play.

In order to save refugees, a secret organization, MITHRIL, deploys troops
including our hero Sosuke to the Republic of Balik, where a civil war rages.
MITHRIL, armed with state of the art weapons including giant mecha, had every
right to expect a cakewalk.
However, they are counterattacked by the government army, which had powerful
arms that proved a match for MITHRIL. Sosuke, piloting the mecha Arbalest, is
cut-off and must fend for himself until help arrives. When the smoke lifts, one
thing becomes clear. MITHRIL may no longer have the technological edge.

monster movies of the 1950s, this film details the exploits of a young alien who
rebels against his fascist homeworld. He falls for a teenage Earth girl and they
team up to try to thwart the plans of his invading cohorts, who intend to use
Earth as a breeding ground for the giant alien lobsters they herd like cattle.
