TEEN PROGRAMS

The library is thrilled to offer many different teen programs.  These activities are geared exclusively for teens in grades 6-12.  No parents and no exceptions to the age restrictions.  All programs will have adult chaperones.  For further information contact the Teen Services Coordinator, Terra Johnson at (817) 295-6131 ext. 264.

"The Pit" is now open!!!  Come see our new space created just for teens, open Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm.  We have internet access, video games, movies and a great place to hang out with your friends.

Teen Advisory Board Meetings: 

Tuesday, June 3rd @ 6:00pm    

This teen group will meet once a month to plan future activities, suggest books for purchase, and provide local teens with a voice at the library.  New members welcome. 

            

  Anime/Manga Club

Tuesday, May 27th @ 6:00pm          

Come eat pizza, watch anime and talk about your favorite manga series.

        Lock-In/Game Night       

Friday, May 16th @ 6:00pm until 10:00pm

Grades 6-12 only, no exceptions.  Parental permission slips are required to attend Lock-Ins.  Print one here.
