years of Texas Reading Club! Join us at 10 a.m. for a performance by
Brian Burns “Once Upon a Time in Texas”

Registration for ages 0-12 will begin after the performance, at 11 a.m. All participants will receive all the materials needed, including a reading club certificate, logs to record their reading, and a bookmark.
Activities will be held on the north side of the library, and parking is available at the library and at the city park across the street. In case of inclement weather, the festivities will be held in the library meeting room. Registration will continue through July 3. All children ages 0-12 are welcome to sign up.
SPECIAL GUESTS
Due to the popularity of our special guests, we will have two performances of some programs.
Please help us accommodate everyone by only attending one session of each program.
Programs do not require tickets, and are first-come, first-served.

SUMMER READING CLUB RULES
Participation in the Summer Reading Club is by age group.
Each group must use the logs indicated--
Ages 0-4 Read-To-Me
Title Logs or Hour Logs
25 titles OR 5 hours
Ages
5-7 Beginning Readers
Title Logs or Hour Logs
25 titles OR 5 hours
Ages 8-10 I Can Read It Myself!
Hour Logs—5 hours
Ages 11-12 Independent Readers
Hour Logs—5 hours
For every 5 hours or 25 titles read by participants, a small prize will be awarded.
All title and hour logs must be turned in by: Thursday, July 24, 2008, 6 p.m.
The Burleson Public Library reserves the right to disqualify any participant.
WRAP-UP PARTY
Saturday, July 26 at 10:30 a.m.
