APPLYING FOR A LIBRARY CARD 

Library cards are free if you live or own property within the city limits of Burleson.

Non-resident cards cost:

$25 for one year of unlimited checkouts from the Burleson Library only (single user)

$50 for one year of unlimited checkouts from the Burleson Library only (family membership)

$5 for ten items from the Burleson Library only (good for 6 months)

To apply for a library card, you will need come to the library and fill out an application.   Then, bring your completed application and photo ID to the circulation desk.  Under 18?  Be sure to bring your parent or legal guardian.

Note:  If the address on your ID is not correct, you will also need to bring proof of address with you.  We will accept any of the following items with your name and address:

Printed personal check

Utility bill

First class mail

Vehicle Insurance

Vehicle Registration

Lease Agreement

Pay stub
